Registration is now open for the 2024 OSEA Summer Convention in Seaside April 25th to the 27th. You can register using the form below or by clicking here to open the form in a new browser window. Registration costs $45 per member, reminder that spouses or guests or who members also need to complete the registration form.. For non member spouses and out of state guest the $45 registration fee is waived. Once your registration has been received and verified you will receive a PDF copy of your registration as well as a link to an invoice where you can pay your registration and meal fees online using a credit/debit card or electronic bank transfer (ACH) using your checking account information. Invoices will not be sent until at least the first week of March, 2024.
If you need to modify your registration after it has been submitted you will need to contact the Summer Convention Registration team at info@oregonelks.org with the changes you will need to have made. Registrations must be received by April 5th, 2024 to avoid a $25 late registration penalty. If you have questions or need assistance please email info@oregonelks.org.
